From Small Farmers Across New England

Humanely raised and processed.

Black Angus Beef

Pasture raised with a supplement of farm-raised hay, corn, silage, and haylage grown on the farm.

These cows are raised from birth, stay on the farm, and are handled in a humane way. There are no antibiotics, artificial growth hormones or steroids given to them. Our all natural Black Angus are raised on a strict vegetarian diet. They are finished on a non-GMO corn based diet for a true corn-fed flavor. We allow our animals to mature, usually for at least 24 months, to achieve optimal tenderness and marbling.

Pork

Pasture Raised and Grazed, the Berkshire pigs are born on the farm and travel within 30 minutes to be processed at an USDA Certified Center. No antibiotics, growth hormones, steroids, or GMO's. They eat what's grown on the farm.

Chickens and Ducks

No growth hormones, antibiotics or steroids, and fed an all vegetarian diet.

Our eggs come from Free Range chickens and ducks.

The chicken manure is used for fertilizer for vegetable gardens on the farm. If anything needs to be sprayed an organic spray is used.

Lambs and Goats

Pasture Raised and grazed. The sheep and goats are born and raised on the farm, no antibiotics, no growth hormones, no steroids. Processed at a close USDA site.

Stewards of the Land

Our Farmers can't grow food or animals without caring about the land. We use natural fertilizer and organic spray if we need it. Animals drink a lot of water, so drought management is also implemented as much as possible. Many farms are slowly converting to solar energy. We do the best we can to take care of the land. It's a delicate balance, and one we are always working on.
